When you ask us to email a Travel Adventure, we use your email address only to deliver the requested itinerary. The saved itinerary contains your submitted trip details and planner schedule and expires after the selected departure time.

Optional marketing

Marketing consent is optional, unchecked by default, and recorded separately. If you opt in, we store your email, consent status, timestamp, wording version, language, and source. We do not give your email address to partners merely because you consent to partner offers.

Security and abuse prevention

We use Cloudflare Turnstile, limited rate-control records, and AWS services to protect submissions and deliver email. Short-lived rate-control identifiers are hashed. Service providers may process technical data such as IP addresses for security and delivery.

Your choices

You may receive an itinerary without subscribing. Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link. To request access, correction, or deletion, email travel@santorini.quest.
